Today we celebrate the day of one of the smallest but most important creatures on our planet — bees. They not only produce honey, but are also a natural force that maintains the balance of the ecosystem and ensures the continuation of agriculture.
If bees disappear, humanity’s food security will be at risk. Therefore, every effort to protect them and increase their numbers is an investment in our future.
Thanks to enthusiasts like Bakhtiyar Dzhumaev from Karakalpakstan, life in the Aral Sea region is being revived with the help of beekeeping. He has trained more than 70 beekeepers, and now they take care of bees and receive a stable source of income.
